GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Terms used in the rental conditions: "the company" refers to "Leasing Financial Liad"; "the client" is the physical person renting the vehicle from the company, "the vehicle" is the motor-vehicle which is rented by the client from the company.
1. Necessary documents: ID card, a valid driving license and a valid credit card. (Visa or Mastercard).
2. Driver age: at least 22 years old with a license for at least two years. In case the driver is younger than 22 years, an additional fee will be charged.
3. Guarantee deposit: 350-500 EUR (depending on class) will be charged on delivery and returned upon the return of the vehicle in good condition, including all documents, accessories and equipment.
4. In Romania the permitted alcohol level when driving is 0%. Insurances will not be valid in case of an accident while driving under the influence of alcohol.
5. Penalties will be charged in one of the following cases: damage of any type, missing parts (including all accessories and vehicle equipment), the loss of vehicle documents (200 EUR), the loss of vehicle keys (300 EUR), missing fuel, extra Km, late return of the vehicle or any other debt. The vehicle is insured with standard CASCO insurance. The maximum amount charged in case of damage is 350 EUR (500 EUR for vehicles of class F or higher), unless additional insurance has been purchased in advance (and stated on the overleaf). In case of deliberate damage caused to the vehicle or any part of it (including all equipment and accessories) by any person during the rental period, which was not prevented by the client by taking reasonable actions or covered by CASCO insurance, the client will pay any amount necessary to bring the car back to the condition in which it was rented. The company may use the client's credit card and/or deposit to cover any of the above mentioned. The company does not offer flat tire assistance. In case of a flat tire, the client will repair the flat tire in the nearest authorized tire repair shop. In case a tire cannot be repaired, the client will purchase a replacement tire after receiving authorization by phone from the company representative. In case the cost of the tire is higher than the self-participation amount, the client will receive the difference in cost when returning the vehicle and subject to presenting an invoice and receipt with the companies details.
6. Payment: made in advance, in RON according to the EUR-RON exchange rate provided by BNR (The National Bank of Romania) on the day of rental. Credit card payments are accepted with a processing fee of up to 3%. In case of late payment, the client will be charged for exchange rate differences and late payment penalties.
7. Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle will be returned at the end of the rental period with a full fuel tank. In case of missing fuel upon return of the vehicle, the client will pay the amount determined by the company according to the missing fuel.
8. The client may not perform any maintenance to the vehicle, including change or addition of oil, cooling fluid or any change of parts.
9. The delivery and return of the vehicle takes place at the time, date and location stated on the delivery form. In case the client wishes to change the date, time or place of return, he must contact the company and get an approval for the change. In case of early return, the client must contact the company at least 24 hours prior to the desired return time.
10. An announced delay in return of up to three hours will not be charged. A further delay will be charged as a full day of rent.
11. In case of an accident the client is obliged to take the following actions: A) notify the company immediately. B) Report to the police of the accident. C) Supply the company with the following documents: stamped police report ("process verbal"), Repair Authorization ("autrizatie de reparatie"), a copy of the driving license of the person driving the involved vehicle and a copy of the insurance policy of the involved vehicle (in case of accident with another vehicle). The police report is mandatory in all cases: whether the client is responsible for damage or not. By signing the overleaf the client confirms that he is aware that a police report must be issued in any case of damage to the vehicle according to the Romanian law. In case the client will not present all of the above mentioned documents, he will pay any amount needed in order to cover any direct or indirect losses caused to the company due to the missing documents.
12. The client is not allowed to use the vehicle for any commercial use including the use as a taxi. The client must use the vehicle according to the traffic laws and the manufacturer instructions.
13. The client is permitted to drive the vehicle only within the Romanian boarders. In order to travel with the vehicle outside the Romanian boarders, the client must pay for additional insurance and receive a written approval from the company. The company does not offer replacement car, towing, rescue or any other services outside the Romanian boarders.
CONDITII GENERALE DE INCHIRIERE
Termenii utilizati în conditiile de inchiriere: "compania" se refera la "Leasing Financial Liad", "clientul" este persoana fizica care inchiriaza vehiculului de la companie, "vehiculul" este autovehiculul care este închiriat de catre client de la companie.
1. Documente necesare: buletin/pasaport, un permis de conducere valabil si un card de credit (Visa sau Mastercard)
2. Varsta soferului: cel putin 22 ani si detinator al unui permis de conducere de cel putin 2 ani. In cazul in care soferul este mai tanar de 22 ani, va fi perceputa o taxa suplimentara.
3. Garantia: 350 – 500 EUR (in functie de clasa autovehiculului) va fi perceputa la livrare si rambursata odata cu returnarea vehiculului in conditii bune, inclusiv a tuturor documentelor, accesoriilor si echipamentului.
5. Vor fi taxate penalizari intr-unul din urmatoarele cazuri: dauna de orice fel, componente lipsa (inclusiv a accesoriilor si a echipamentului vehiculului), pierderea documentelor vehiculului (200 EUR), pierderea cheilor vehiculului (300 EUR), combustibil lipsa, extra km, returnarea cu intarziere a vehiculului, sau orice alta datorie. Vehiculul este asigurat cu o poltia de Asigurare CASCO standard. Suma maxima de plata in caz de dauna este 350 EUR (500 EUR pentru vehicule din clasa F sau mai mare), in cazul in care clientul nu a achizitionat in avans o asigurare extinsa (lucru care trebuie specificat pe prima pagina a formularului). Pentru orice dauna deliberata adusa vehiculului sau oricarei componente a acestuia (inclusiv accesoriilor si echipamentului vehiculului) de catre orice persoana, in timpul perioadei de inchiriere, care nu a fost impiedicata de catre client prin luarea de masuri rezonabile sau neacoperita de asigurarea CASCO, clientul va plati suma de bani necesara aducerii vehiculului la starea la care se gasea la momentul livrarii. Compania poate folosi cardul de credit si/sau garantia pentru a acoperi oricare din sumele de mai sus. Compania nu ofera asistenta in cazul penelor de cauciuc. In aceste cazuri, clientul va repara pana in cel mai apropiat service autorizat. In cazul in care cauciucul nu poate fi reparat, clientul va achizitiona un cauciuc de schimb, dupa primirea autorizatiei telefonice de la unul din reprezentantii companiei. In cazul in care costul cauciucului depaseste costul participatiei in caz de accident, clientul va primi diferenta de bani la returnarea vehiculului si la prezentarea unei facturi si a unei chitante pe numele companiei.
6. Plata: se face in avans, in lei la cursul EUR-RON al BNR (Banca Nationala a Romaniei) din data livrarii. Platile cu cardul de credit se vor accepta cu conditia platii unui comision de cel mult 3% din suma de plata. In cazul platii intarziate, clientul este obligat sa plateasca diferente de curs valutar si penalizari pentru intarziere la plata.
7. Combustibilul nu este inclus in pretul de inchiriere. Vehiculul va fi returnat la terminarea perioadei de inchiriere cu rezervorul plin. In cazul in care acest lucru nu se intampla, clientul va plati o suma de bani stabilita de companie, in functie de cantitatea de combustibil lipsa.
8. Clientul nu poate efectua asupra vehiculului nicio operatie de intretinere, incluzand schimbarea sau adaugarea de ulei, de lichid de racire sau schimbarea de componente ale vehiculului.
9. Data livrarii si a returnarii este cea specificata mai sus. In cazul in care clientul doreste modificarea datei, a orei sau a locului de returnare, trebuie sa contacteze compania si sa primeasca aprobarea schimbarii. In cazul returnarii anticipate, clientul trebuie sa contacteze compania cu cel putin 24 ore inaintea returnarii.
10. O intarziere de cel mult 3 ore, prealabil anuntata, nu va fi taxata. Pentru o intarziere mai mare de 3 ore, clientul va plati o zi de inchiriere.
11. In cazul unui accident, clientul este obligat sa: A) anunte compania imediat. B) raporteze politiei despre accident. C) furnizeze companiei urmatoarele documente: raportul de la politie semnat si stampilat (“proces verbal”), autorizatia de reparatie, o copie a permisului de conducere a persoanei care a condus celalalt vehicul implicat in accident (daca este cazul) si o copie a politei de asigurare a celuilalt vehicul implicat. Procesul verbal emis de polite este obligatoriu in orice caz, indiferent daca clientul este sau nu vinovat de producerea daunei. Prin semnarea formularului pe prima pagina, clientul confirma ca a luat la cunostinta ca, in orice caz de dauna adusa vehiculului, trebuie emis de catre politie un proces verbal, in conformitate cu legile romanesti. In cazul in care clientul nu prezinta companiei toate documentele mentionate mai sus, va plati orice suma de bani necesara acoperirii oricarei daune directe sau indirecte cauzata companiei, rezultata din neprezentarea tuturor documentelor.
12. Clientului nu ii este permis sa foloseasca vehiculul in scopuri comerciale, inclusiv in regim taxi. Clientul este obligat sa conduca vehiculul in concordanta cu legile rutiere si cu instructiunile producatorului.
13. Clientului ii este permis sa conduca vehiculul doar in Romania. Pentru a circula in afara granitelor Romaniei, clientul trebuie sa plateasca pentru asigurari suplimentare si sa primeasca aprobarea scrisa a societatii. Societatea nu asigura masina de schimb, servicii de tractare sau orice alte servicii, in afara granitelor tarii.
